LasWaltz
Hi everyone, going crazy on this one. I have a PC W10. My sound interface is a motu ASIO driven as well. Cubase 10 can see and offer the asio drivers of the motu, but not those from the helix, even if I checked they are properly registered in W10 registry. Any idea? Gaz_Ham
If you don't have any luck here, try the helix section of the forum. The answer may well be there already
silverhead
You say you are using your mouth as your audio interface. In that case, why do you need the Helix ASIO driver? The ASIO protocol only allows you to use one ASIO device at a time. If you do want to use your Helix as your audio interface, try disconnecting your motu and connect your Helix via USB to your PC. Does Cubase now recognize the Helix and its ASIO driver?
