Bboy19
Hi, attached is a file of the Factory presets from version 2.80. It is in an .xls format. If anyone can update the band names, let me know I can update it as need. I use it to keep track of presets I like or want to mod at the beginning. I added a Notes column. Some people on another topic were asking for this. I will try to keep it updated for the software update. Chris_Zahn
I'm glad I'm not the only one with half of factory 2's presets missing. Was there so few previously?
schuha_at
In general, I don't use factory settings, regardless of the hardware. I save them with devicename and version information and only use tweaked derivatives if at all. For me factory presets are mostly just suggestions and often overloaded.

I'm going to take it to mean they have such grand plans for the next release they're leaving themselves space for plenty of awesome new presets without having to retire any. raven457
I'm not sure I understand why, but my HX Stomp with 2.80 (new purchase a couple of days ago and updated after opening to 2.80) doesn't have either of these lists. Bboy19
Hi, glad this has started a conversation. I use these as a starting block or use presets from the community. I'm guessing the spaces are left for future presets or Line 6 delete a bunch as they were not that good. Raven457 a number of your presets are the same by name, but in a different order. I hope this helps. Bboy19
dan_junior
Hi, I'm updated my hx stomp to 2.80 version, and after to 2.82 version, and the new software version erased all the name of the factory presets, anyone know how I can fixit? phil_m
You can perform a factory reset by holding down FS2 & FS3 while powering up. That will get everything back in order. Make sure to export any presets you may have created to your computer prior to doing the factory reset.

specracer986
The Stomp has completely different factory presets than Helix floor does, because the Stomp only has six blocks and holds a lot fewer presets than the floor.
mitty45
Thanks for your answer, that means, there are no artist or song presets with the stomp by design?
