How to keep reverb or delay tails when I change preset?

Hello to forum

I am a new user of a Helix. I have a problem. When I change a preset or a snapshot the tails of reverb cut off very abruptly. How can I keep the “feeling” of a previous preset by not cutting the reverb or delays or other effects tails.

thanks for hearing me.

There's no way to have that sort of spillover between presets. Snapshots, which are kind of like presets within presets, will allow you to have seamless transition while maintaining delay and reverb trails if you want (controlled by the Trails parameter in each respective effect).
