z3albw1rr
3.11 Firmware, 3.10 Edit version. Should all be the latest. I watched this video (below) where he sets up the Up/Down buttons to be "HX Snapshot" buttons. I can't seem to do that. On both the computer and on the unit it shows when you select these, some additional options like choosing the LED color and "customize". He said he had it in "8 Snaphots" but I'm wondering if there's some global behavior I'm not seeing. I can absolutely go into Command Center and set any of the "middle 8" switches to be a Snapshot button. But he's clearly using the up/down (farthest left switches, 1 and 7 I guess) switches as Snapshot switches. Command Center allows me to assign them that way, but, they don't behave as his does. I thought I was missing a global setting, but, since the "customize" icon and LED controls are missing in the software and on the device, I'm not sure that's it. The video's a year old - did they remove this function? I could understand if it was a glitch in the Mac version of the software, but not on the device itself. See at 5:11. When he clicks Snapshot at 5:18 you'll see 5 rows - I only have the first 3 - no LED or Customize.

phil_m
You need to have the Stomp Footswitches setting under Global Settings>Footswitches set to 10 Stomps. This is only available on the Floor and the Rack, not the LT.
