Can’t exit snapshot mode

I just got my pod go, love it so far but in the toying around with it stages to figure it out and reading the manual and looking online at the forum of course, for some reason I cannot get out of snap shot mode, when I press the mode/edit/exit switch it still does not bring me back to the factory presets where I can page up and down from one through 32, I don’t think I saved anything in a manner that would make this happen has anybody run into this and do you know how I can get back to the factory presets?

I’m not sure if this will fix your specific problem, but it always best to be running the current firmware. Have you updated your firmware? If not, begin by downloading and installing the Pod GO Edit installation package.

I did update to the latest software, it took me a bit to do that too, lol, but I did make it happen, i’m running 1.3 software, I did it about two weeks ago, before I had this problem, I may just do a factory reset as I really don’t have anything worth saving yet...

You enter and exit snapshot mode by pressing both the up and down pedals at the same time.  You should see the 2 up down switches on the left in snapshot mode.

Thanks voxman55, as it turns out I was not holding them down for a long enough time.
