Helix - Line 6 Updater, HX Edit, and Boot Failure-Update Mode

Hi -

I bought a HELIX a few years ago and I am just now getting around to setting it up. I am using a Windows 10 computer. Yes, I know I waited a long time -- COVID through me for a loop, personal things... Anyway, here I am ready to put it away for another 3 years - frustrated.

[1] Line 6 Updater does not recognize my Helix

[2] Installed HX Edit. IT seemed something was asking me to make updates and back up. I did. Updates going fine until computer crashed.

[3] My Helix now says "Book Failure: Entered Update Mode"

[4] HX Edit does not connect to my Helix.

[5] I am told (I have read these forums for an hour) to go back to Line 6 Updater. I do. It does not recognize my Helix.

[6] Line 6 Editor says newer version available and sends me to Line 6 site. I do.  Download, Install, Repeat. Loop.

If anyone can help me get up and running on this thing it would be awesome. Thanks!

I appreciated any time you have to suggest a path forward.

Best,

Craig
