The screen says Updating UI MCU Firmware, please wait. Do not power off the unit! and at the top left, the symbol :-7 is red. And it all ends there, nothing happens. Hi, There have been reports of this happening on a couple of earlier occasions, and the usual answer has been to contact Customer Support, as suggested by “silverhead” in the post above. see link: Sadly, nobody has ever posted a message to say how this was fixed. Actually it seem to be a hardware issue according to the reply from “GabCS” in this thread. Hope this helps/makes sense.
