deepakhemadri Posted May 19, 2023 Share Posted May 19, 2023 Title basically. Ever since I have had the HXS, the tuner does not work if the HXS is connected to my computer in an interface mode. It is fine when connected via USB, but, NOT as an interface. The moment the computer recognizes it as an interface, the tuner goes bonkers and runs around not recognizing any note/pitch. Make backups of anything you want to save before you perform the reset. It has been this way ever since I got it and have been consistently upgrading it from 3.15 all the way to 3.60 now. Obviously, every upgrade is a factory reset. The factory reset is a separate process from the update. You should be doing a factory reset after updating if you haven’t. But what you’re describing isn’t the expected behavior. The tuner should still work normally even if you have the Stomp connected as an interface.
