DAW Audio input

Hi,

 

Can't believe that I can't see how to do this! Cubase (DAW) will play through Helix but it is not very loud. How do I adjust the level in Helix? Also, can this be EQ'd as it sounds very poor compared to me using the Steinberg audio interface.

Don't be lazy when asking for help. We need more details about your setup and Helix connections and monitoring system to better help you. Of course what you are reporting doesnt sound right.

Global Preferences  > Ins/Outs > USB in 1/2 Trim, the 6th knob from the left can be adjusted for +/-18dB 

 

Default is 0dB, although I have never had a need to change this. I guess it maybe something in your Cubase settings.
