Pod Go Wireless red light on GT10TII Transmitter After Firmware Update

I upgraded my Pod go wireless to the latest firmware (1.40), but I was still sufferring occasional dropouts with the wireless, I went into Line 6 Updater and connected the Relay to the Guitar Input on the Pod, and the update to firmware 2.05 was displayed for the Relay. I followed through the update without an Issue, but now I am left with a permanent red light on the Relay (when connected to Pod or Guitar) and no wireless connection between the two. I have tried downgrading the Pod firmware, but this did not help. The Relay is not recognised in Line 6 Updater anymore. Pod Edit does not recognise it either, so I am seemingly unable to dorngrade the firmware. When the Relay is connected to the Pod it appears to charge (according to the display on the Pod) but the light on the Relay remains static red. I have opened a support ticket, and I'm waiting for a response. Is anyone else having this Issue?

Response so for from Line 6:

Please try a firmware reinstall of both the POD Go Wireless (= v1.40) and the G10TII (= v2.05) via Line 6 Updater 1.27.
Perform a factory reset on the POD Go Wireless afterwards (will delete all user patches, IRs, globals): while holding footswitches C+D turn on POD Go Wireless. Wait for "Will reset Globals and restore stock Presets..." to appear and let go.

Now test it again. Make sure you're using the original power supply the unit came with.

If still not working, this unfortunately could be a hardware issue that needs to be checked by a tech. In this case please contact your Line 6 reseller where you purchased the product so they can take care of it.

Thank you.

Hi,

Did the factory reset work for the Pod Go Wireless base unit and the install of firmware 2.05 ?

then did the install of firmware 1,40 for the wireless work , I thought you were saying that the wireless firmware was causing the problem ?

Your update on this appreciated as I think I have the same issue ?

Thanks

Victor
