Salvatore_Miele
Hello, everyone, I need some clarification: I need to use HX Stomp with two keyboards, one in the main inputs and one in the return inputs. So far, so good. I would like them both to sound processed by the effects, but the only way to have the two stereo sources active is to set the return inputs to aux, which by its very nature bypasses the effects chain. Am I missing something, or is this simply not possible? I specify that the initial block of my patch is set to main input. I have tried switching between main and return blocks to get the effects, but I would like them at the same time Thanks to anyone who can help me out! silverhead
A modified solution is to use two mono inputs from your keyboards. Then you can use both L and R of either the Main or the Return inputs. If you need stereo inputs from the keyboards I don’t have a suggestion other than additional outboard equipment such as a small mixer to take the two stereo input pairs and merge them before hitting the Stomp inputs. Schmalle
Set Global Settings -> Ins/Outs -> Return Type to Return. Put Return L/R block as first block. Every block after this will process the sum of both the main and the return inputs.

I've been already using the Stomp as a 4-channel mixer with two mics and two guitars. Which is admittedly tricky to set up but it works. :) On 12/20/2023 at 6:54 PM, Schmalle said: Set Global Settings -> Ins/Outs -> Return Type to Return. Then you have separate paths for each keyboard. You can then either mix them again at any point in the chain so that they both go to Main Out, or move the B output to Send. Is this strange? I solved instead by creating two chains (main and B) as suggested by lou-kash thank you very much

Is this strange? Yes, that is strange. Put Return L/R block as first block. It's default Mix is 50% which means that block should produce a signal consisting of 50% Main L/R and 50% Return L/R.
