rsaramaga Posted February 19, 2024 Share Posted February 19, 2024 When I try to backup on Helix LT on my desktop I get the attached error IT works fine on my laptop which I keep at my rehearsal space. but the desktop at home will not backup some of the presets. I have bought packs from Marketplace but I cannot even be 1--% certain what these ones are as the numbers provided don't seem to coincide with anything I can find. Thank you Hi, I don’t have any Marketplace items, but my guess is the IR files licences are attached to your laptop. Something similar from a few years back - see my reply here.
