Gregory6470
I’ve recently had issues with overdrive/distortion levels going from levels I’ve set then change to 0.0. I reset the levels, save them and it happens again in no specific amount of time. Anyone had these issues?
Schmalle
No. Look up the Level parameter in Controller Assign and make sure it is not assigned to something.

While I have not had this specific problem, I have experienced a variety of odd issues any number of times in my years with Helix, and 99% of the time it ended up being user error. It's super easy to change a setting somewhere without realizing it...
Gregory6470
Just did a factory reset because I heard that there were some issues with the 3.71 update.?.? After the update all the amp levels were at 0.0. I reset them and saved it. We'll see if the update works or not. Fingers crossed... Thanks. I'll check Controller Assign

Also, assuming you're in HX Edit and you're using a mouse wheel, make sure the pointer isn't hovering over any parameters you don't want to adjust...
