Can anyone tell me what might be going on here with this used HD100 head I just purchased? (pics)

So I picked up a used  HD100 head from Guitar Center (had it shipped from a store not in my area). I have not played through it yet but was giving it a once over.

I noticed a strange 4 wire connector coming up near the tubes from the board inside. My other HD100 head does not have this and it just seems quite odd to be dangling there. Can anyone tell me what this might be? See attached pics. I really just wanted it for spare parts but obviously want it to work. I can still take it back if need be....

Somebody stole the Fetzer valve, send it back... :)

Hal, Well I finely got a chance to actually try it and it was a mess. None of the front controls worked. The wrong tubes....Noise came out of it and that was about it.

Shame on Guitar Center for even selling it. Almost like they didn't even try it out whenever they got it in. Oh well, at least I was able to return it and refunded my shipping cost as well.
