Mod/Chorus Echo Scale Issue?

Why does the Scale parameter at 75% on the Mod/Chorus Echo and Vintage Digital stereo delay types behave differently than any of the others like the Transistor Tape, Adriatic, or Elephant Man at 75% scale?  On the Mod/Chorus Echo, it's pretty much a straight ping pong delay.  With the Tape, Adriatic, or Elephant Man it's what I'd expect: dotted eighth and quarter.

Shouldn't the scale parameter behave the same across all delay types?

While we're at it, why does the Dual Delay's chorus mode sound like a phaser/flanger and the vibrato mode sound like a chorus?

Hi,

Possibly the best way to find answers to these sort of questions is to invest in buying this handy dandy guide to the workings of Helix.

https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/AndertonHX-e--sweetwater-publishing-the-big-book-of-helix-tips-and-tricks

It's full of interesting information, including complete descriptions of Helix effects parameters

Hope this helps/makes sense.

Not sure a book is what I need right now, but thanks for the suggestion.  I've been a Helix user since before it was released.  And for some reason, I'm just noticing this little quirk.

O.K. fine, but I have been using my Helix almost daily since October 2015 and I still found things in the book that I was unaware of. Just saying.

Maybe you could put a shout out to @craiganderton, and see if he is willing to enlighten you without buying his book.
