HX Effects HX Edit Missing Presets Folder

My HX Edit, attached to my HX Effects only shows the first 127 factory presets. There was a dropdown menu bar for more factory slots and user presets and now it is gone. Has anyone else had this issue and how does one go about fixing it?

Try - 

Closing & re-opening HX Edit.

Switching HXFX off and back on.

Reboot computer.

Re-install HX Edit.

Factory reset of HXFX.

- one at a time.

 

If none of them fix it, talk to Line 6 Support.

Make sure that HX Edit on your computer is for the same firmware version as on your device.  If there's a mismatch, then it could show different weird things.

HX Edit only shows the 0 - 127 Presets, because that’s the limit on HX Effects.

 

From the HX Effects Owner’s Manual > page 16

 

The HX Effects device stores up to 32 banks of four presets (A, B, C, and D) for a total of 128 presets.

Make sure your HX Edit and Firmware versions are the latest - HX Edit v3.70 and Firmware v3.71.

You might want to read the HX Edit Pilot’s Guide > pages 9-10 > GUI Overview, along with page 51 > Preferences and About Box > Restore Factory Settings.
