RevellingTerror
Hi, Does anyone know how to load .l6t files into an HD500 or HD500x? Or could anyone convert .l6t files to be loaded into HD500 Edit or HD500x edit? I really appreciate the help! Cheers. R.T.

RevellingTerror
Thanks for that, Is there an editor or librarian that will open the l6t files with only an HD500 or HD500x connected to the PC ? I've tried POD Farm 2 and Line 6 Edit with no luck.
TheRealZap
no, the pod HD line is the only one that allows the editors to open without the unit attached. spawn2031
If anyone finds a reliable way to do this please post it, I have some really nice tones I used to use on my UX1 before I upgraded and would love to see how they sound in the 500x. I'm assuming they would probably sound like crap anyway though as almost every patch I have found that sounds great on the PC does not sound good through a live amp and vice versa, but it would still be nice to try. jandrio
Just tried and confirmed that the "Line 6 Edit" AND the "Vyzex Editor" can be initialized without any device connected (off line mode).
EnricoFiori
You should use the software guitarport in order to open the old files. Then launch the pod hd 500 x editor and copy every setting. It is long but i think it works Ciao Enrico
