Someone keeps up a list of DSP requirements for each block in the Helix, but I don't see one for the Fractal. Regardless, would an LFO pedal through one of the loops do what you need? I get that it's an extra expense, but certainly cheaper than getting a Fractal.

theElevators
These videos are so comically predictable. Washy guitar noodling garbage full of delay and reverb This video is brought to you by TrueFire Washy guitar noodling garbage full of delay and reverb {British accent} explaining why the Helix is dead Washy guitar noodling garbage full of delay and reverb {British accent} explaining why the Helix is the greatest piece of equipment ever created ... etc.

Well, it has been discussed pretty much everywhere else, too. Personally, I don't even know why, simply because pretty much everything is obvious. Hardware is aging, new tech needs newer hardware, newer hardware is also needed to generate new sales. And that was it already. Let alone he's an excellent player. I do however agree on the rest, it's becoming predictable and (unfortunately) clickbaity.

I still don't think it'll happen that soon. Maybe in a year. On 11/25/2024 at 7:38 PM, datacommando said: Bring it on! Fwiw, personally I'm so happy with my new setup, they'd have to be pushing hard to even get me interested.
