shamasuva
Installed 2.50 last night on my Pod Go (including the required Pod Go Edit update). I ran into some trouble with the unit getting hung up on "Updating" but I followed the procedure to use Line 6 Updater to fix it, and sure enough, it worked. Everything so far about the release seems fine, except that I get no sound from the 4x10 US Super cab model. I can use the Super Amp model with other Cabs just fine. But that 4x10 produces no sound at all. I did attempt to change the mic setup (model, placement) with no difference. Has anyone else experienced this problem? jiml6
I'm not seeing this. Did you factory reset your device after updating?
silverhead
I'm not seeing this either. If the above mentioned factory reset doesn't work open a support ticket.
shamasuva
I did do the factory reset, followed by restoring my backup. I'll give it another try tonight.
shamasuva
No dice, the update always seems to hang on "Updating." I've opened a support ticket.
jiml6
@shamasuva Weird. Can you attach a preset that's reproducing this issue?
shamasuva
ISSUE SOLVED I found that there were other cabs not producing sound, including the WhoWatt and others. I believe the root cause was an upgrade that was corrupted or incomplete in some way. I had used Line 6 Installer to install 2.50 originally, and that installer was routinely crashing on my Windows 11 machine. Line 6 Support advised a process of a clean install of Pod Go Edit, a reinstall of 2.50 **using Line 6 Central** and then a reset and restore of a backup. That worked, in fact the US Super 4x10 cab worked before I even did the final two steps, although I did complete those as well. Bottom line: Use Line 6 Central for firmware updates.
