Issues with Helix Floor Not Powering On

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble with my Helix Floor. It won't power on, even after trying multiple power sources and cables. I've checked the connections and everything seems fine. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any troubleshooting tips? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

If it's still under warranty, contact support.

If not, my GUESS would be either an internal cable came loose, or the switch is bad. You could try opening it up and checking the connections.

Does anything light up when you turn it on?

My helix will turn on but nothing will happen - things light up but everything is black but is illuminated.  Or it will load all the way and freeze at 99%  Restarting a coupe times works!

Hi,

First rule of Helix club is - when weird stuff starts to happen, perform a factory reset! While holding footswitches 9 & 10 (bottom row, 2 middle switches), turn on your Helix.

If that doesn’t fix the issue, boot up in Safe Mode, by pressing and holding buttons 6 and 12 while you power on the Helix. You should now be able to reinstall the latest firmware, and then restore from backup.

IMPORTANT! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A BACKUP FIRST, AS A FACTORY RESET WILL ERASE ALL YOUR WORK!

If the issue with your unit still persists, raise a ticket with Customer Support.

Hope this helps/makes sense.
