johnnyvlee
This is a big problem for me because it's how I rehearse. Tried different headphones, different patches, rebooting, etc. Seems like a repair situation. Anyone else experienced this? Schmalle
Definitely a repair situation. If you have a TRS extension cable available where you can open the jack you can connect the tip and the ring contact in it with some conductive material or solder. With that you would at least have the left channel's signal on both ears. Using the 1/4" Outs with a headphones amp would also be a workaround.

I suspect this is something bent inside the jack because it was intermittent for months and now completely out. I'm going to try getting in there with a fine tool of some sort and see if I can bend the tab back into the jack so it makes contact. If that fails, I'll have to take it to the shop after next gig. Glad I have a backup unit!
theElevators
Check that you are using headphones without the microphone line. Just a thought. Helix only supports a stereo signal, not a triple signal jack...
