Bentz007
Hello, My unit for the past 4 years is the Helix LT which serves me very well and I love it. Recetly an issue has started to occur with the pedal: it's squeaking all the time. I was told that it's a known issue. What step could I make to repair this? what are my options since it's way out of warranty? I bought the unit in my country where I live which is Israel. Thank you! rd2rk
Contact support. If it's being caused by the "known issue" they'll take care of it regardless of warranty status.

Bentz007, Here is my reply back in 2017 ... For the Helix pedal issue follow these links. I used White Lithium grease myself and a toothpick without taking the bolt all the way out. So read all three links and pick your best choice. http://line6.com/support/topic/24143-exp-pedal-squeak-fixed-but-now/?hl=grease http://line6.com/support/topic/18575-line-6-staff-squeaky-expression-pedal-answer/?p=144718 http://line6.com/support/topic/19879-squeaky-foot-pedal-easy-fix/?hl=grease Hope this helps jpd
theElevators
I can confirm that after I de-squeaked my LT's expression pedal 5 years ago, it still is not squeaking. Lubricated all the pivot points without disassembly. Lithium grease, also sprayed graphite spray -- this one was absolutely harmless, but in theory you can damage the light sensor for the expression pedal if you spray it everywhere. All LTs develop this squeak.
