Multiple effects to a switch question

Hey guys! So I now have more effects than switches on my setup. Nuts! lol I was able to assign 2 effects to a single switch so that it alternates from 1 to the other but Is there a way to also have it so that the same switch has both effects turned off?

Meaning: Click and effect 1 is on/2 is off. Click again and effect 1 is off/2 is on. Click again and both are off.

I know I can use snapshots but there are times where using stomp modes works best for on-the-fly moments.

First of all, on the Helix Floor you have the 10-stomp mode, so it gives you 10 footswitches, unlike the maximum of 8 that the LT allows.

Use the expression pedal.  I am a big fan of using that for quick back-and-forth changes.  Like you need to play a quick solo fill, rock that expression pedal to the front, then back.

In your case, you can assign the mix parameter of certain blocks to the expression pedal, perhaps, so that you can mix things out when you put your expression pedal up or down, however you assign it.

Or you can use snapshots + stomps and use the command center for an insane amount of versatility.

I like snapshots and use the expression pedal for quick changes.  This allows me potentially 16 different sound combinations, 2 for each one of the snapshots.  That's a ton.

Here's a video of me showing how I use the Pod Go with the expression pedal trick.

Hi,

“More effects than switches” and “times where using stomp modes works best for on-the-fly moments”.

O.K. May be time to investigate Command Centre.

Check Steve’s video here:-

Plus even more ideas for Command Centre here:-

This should cover what you need.

Hope this helps/makes sense.
