Grobima
Hey everyone, I’m trying to activate the 15-day free trial for Helix Native, but I am completely stuck on a blank/greyed-out screen immediately after logging into my account via the VST interface. My Line 6 account shows 0 out of 5 authorized devices, so I am not hitting a device limit. The trial buttons ("Start Free Trial" / "Authorize") simply refuse to render. What I have already tried without success: Deleting all Line 6 configuration/cache folders in %appdata% (Roaming), %localappdata%, and C:\ProgramData. Running the DAW as Administrator. Changing DAW compatibility/plugin isolation settings (Separate/Dedicated process). The UI just hangs completely blank right after the login credentials entry. Has anyone encountered this specific initialization bug and found a workaround? Windows 11 / Reaper. Thanks for any input.
silverhead
Are you logged in to your Line 6 account within the Native plugin? Are you following the trial activation procedures as described in the manual? Unfortunately the link leads to nowhere. But I think this would mean changing the connections on my mainboard as the system drive is assigned to a different connector right now.

There are not a lot of instructions. Install it, add it to track, and activate it, no?

TheX
I'm trying to activate a new computer and get the exact same screen. Tried within Reaper, and a couple other places and the exact same thing. It shows that I log in successfully, then this. I need the active button to get this new computer going.
TheX
Oh, yeah. I am using 0 of 5 activations, and only 12 lifetime. Everything looks normal, but Helix Native on Win 11 seems to have failed.

Hi, Well it appears that some web slinger has done a re-design on the KB pages and the link is screwed. Anyhow, the original solution provided by @Camelot_One was from way back in 2020 and may not be relevant anymore, but for anyone interested, you can find it here. Hope this helps/makes sense.
