Blooming hum when holding a C or D note

Has anyone experienced a blooming hum when holding a C or D note on the Helix (or any other modeler)?  I have tried everything from eliminating all wet effects to low cuts to trying to find/cut the frequency on an EQ to switching guitars with different pickups, nothing seems to help.  It happens live and with headphones.  If anyone has experienced this and figured out how to eliminate it, I would love to hear about it.

No - not that I've noticed.

Do you mean blooming in the sense of expanding sound wise or the UK polite equivilent of fu5king?

I have experienced what I found as annoying humming built into the amp models to be more 'realistic' but that can be turned off (hum and ripple are the culprits).

It might help to have a video, or sound sample of what you're experiencing.

Hi,

Well, in order to assist in tracking down the offending “blooming” C or D note, it would be a great help if we could all hear this anomaly.

Hope this helps/makes sense.
