No Helix Native updates since 3.82 3rd December 2024

I still use this plugin. Is there still support for it? Are there no further updates because of Helix Stadium?

Why ask us? We don't work for Line 6. Nobody here knows anything.

 

OK, here's my guess. Eric Klein (Chief Product Design Architect - Digital Igloo on The Gear Page) continues to say that there WILL be at least one more update for Helix. If anybody knows, he does. When that happens, look for an update to Native.

 

Meanwhile, sign up at The Gear Page and frequent the Digital and Modeling Forum. There's also a Facebook place where he hangs out, but I don't do Facebook, so search.

I still use Helix Native almost daily and everything works just as it should. In much the same way as when I bought the Helix Floor back 2015, I bought it for what it could do then, everything else that has been added since is a bonus at no extra cost
 

It has been mentioned in other forums by Eric Klein (Digital Igloo) that there will be continued support for the OG Helix range of hardware and whatever happens with that is usually included in an update to the Native plug-in.

 

In the mean time, as an owner of Helix Native, you qualify for a discount on the new Helix Stadium Native available for $99.99.

You can checkout the full version for 15 days, before deciding on upgrading, or not. In fact, a FREE version is available - albeit with only 5 amps and matching cabs (9 channels), using the new Agoura tech, plus a few FX. 
 

If you feel the need for the new amp models, buy the discounted Stadium, BUT be aware that all the other effects inside are identical to what you already have in the original version of Native, and any potential updates to the original will only be any new FX models that can work on both platforms.

 

You can either stick with what you have or, indulge in the Stadium plug-in cross grade offer.
