POD farm-Use effects for guitar and a microphone at the same time?

Using POD farm, can i use it for effects for both a microphone and guitar and the same time?

In real-time performance? Yes, it's possible, but it will depend of what toneport you use.

the line 6 ux2. what i do is go to POD farm, and i select mic 2. then i select an effect  such as warm and clean. then i play my guitar through he instrument input, and can't hear the guitar through the headphones, only the mic. And if i don't have the "mic 2" selected on POD farm, i can't hear the mic through the headphones.

In POD Farm, make sure that you have a dual tone patch set up and that your source select is set appropriately for each tone IE: Tone 1 = Instrument and Tone 2 = Mic.
