same problem, not even spotify works. Headphones and it stops, clicks etc every 15-20 seconds.... also tried the power (and there it went again ;O) thing and usb connection... frustrating.. just bought a ACER NOTEBOOK V3-772G-747A121TMAKK, AND THEN NOTHING WORKS...
