Hey guys, I just got a Sheraton ii pro and I seem to be having trouble getting a good tone through the helix. I keep getting these strange harmonics/overtones. what amp/cab models are you using in your signal chain?

It just happened to me. I just updated to 2.12 last night, and I was reading some threads for another issue that I'm encountering while i rebooted and read this one and was like... that's crazy and wouldn't you know this very thing happened as I was rebooting for another issue! This is concerning and problematic... I am connected to the computer when I boot via USB. Windows 7, the editor was active, the vol pedal was asigned to exp2.

hey guys, I just updated to 2.11 and am now having this issue though I didn't before. So annoying... I have the vol set to exp1, will try setting to exp2 and hopefully it doesn't do it.

Hey! so I just started having the same problem, but I'm on firmware 2.1... you said you reloaded the complete bundle through the Helix Editor, can you tell me how you did that? I'm running windows. Thanks!
