  1. Took me awhile on JTV adjusting string volume and HD500X working with my patches but the time was well worth. To me the HD500X is not a plug and play unit. Takes some deep editing. Thank goodness for the software for editing. Love being able to step on a foot switch and having the amp, guitar and tuning needed for a song. Thanks
  2. I changed string volume on spank 1 and saved it. Reopened workbench hd it but did not save my changes. It will save them to the custom ones and changes are saved. Any ideas Thanks
  3. Can you save the models say in Spank 1 position instead of saving it to a custom position Want to drop volume on low E string but save it to the same position Spank 1 Thanks
  4. I had trouble with E and A string rattle. Took that side up just 1/4 turn and eliminated it. Good Luck
  5. I have been running into the HD500X with the regular guitar cable. I just ordered a VDI Cable to run to the POD. Will the patches I have tone wise change much going. Into POD with VDI Cable instead of the guitar chord. Thanks
  6. Using this with JTV-59 and is incredible. B and E string were a little loud so I used a variax tele and went into work bench and turned string volume down on E and B string. Organ volume sounds even and nice. Also use the EHX Freeze Pedal to sustain chords to solo over. Anyone else use the B9. You plug guitar into it just like any other stomp box and it tracks great. Thanks
  7. I find it amazing there still having the same issues that were present in the beginning. There is no doubt a $1500 guitar should still not have these many complaints. I have had my JTV-59 for almost a year and no problems. I wonder if a tech could replace them with a higher quality component.
  8. Does the New Workbench work with V1.9 also. Like using the individual string volume adjustment on V2.0 But for some reason when recording direct into my Korg D1600MK2 V1.9 sounds better but live V2.0 sounds better. Thanks
  9. As I have worked making a Lester3 12 string ect. I am loving this upgrade. I know sound is subjective but I am staying with 2.0. Love it. Good Luck
  10. I have to give Line 6 an A on this upgrade. For me a lot of the models are more usable and sound a lot better. Workbench is excellent.
  11. Like the fact you can adjust each string volume now. Just did the up date. I'll hook up to the amp tomorrow.
  12. My biggest hope is in the workbench software that you will be able to adjust string volume for each string in each model and save it. That would be great. Thanks
  13. I think a lot of music companies are going the way of Behringer. Say there is an update coming but may take up to a year Seems the way this up date is going. I think if your not going to have it in a decent amount of time don't mention it. Just my thoughts
  14. Does this mean there not selling well. Just curious. That's a pretty good price drop. I see none of the other's have a price drop.
  15. I would have a second battery for back up. you will always have 1 in the guitar while the other one is charging. Good Luck
  16. Put the GK 3 Pickup on and tracks really nice. Really like the 12 string acoustic with strings on the GR 33.
  17. One thought you could save the same patch with different volumes on the guitar. Say for 1 band in custom one and the other in custom 2. Don't have any info but hoping if it ever comes out the new Variax Workbench lets you adjust each sting volume.
