What if I have a new computer to replace my crashed one. and my Helix floor has 2.5 installed, what do I download to new computer to get it compatible with the Helix? Telling me to download the editor doesnt tell me anything. There are 30 or so versions in the download table. If some can tell me Excatly what to download onto my compter that would be great.Thanks

Okay I have the same exact issue, my floor Helix was updated to the 2.5 version, I then destroyed my laptop. I have a backup laptop and have downloadedall kinds of software, deleted all kinds of software. Can someone tell me what EXACTLY to install from the Helix download site. Just editor doesnt tell me anything, the words I see are 2.20 edit and so on, If my computer has nothing on it curently what do I install? Version and exact name would great, According to post above, I would install the 2.5 on my computer? There are a couple of different 2.5, Flash memory, and so on, I am not familiar with all the terminology and CANNOT find info to educate myself. Thank YOU!! Thanks Alan

Well that's useless to me. I have the floor unit and am trying to get my laptop to connect to it. Thanks for the education on the native. Need education on the helix computer software though. Anyone else out here that can help me?

So you are saying that the Native is NOW the editor? You no longer download the 2.2 version on to ur laptop with the editor in it?

Ok thanks, but what software do I need to download so I can use my helix? 2.20? 2.21? 2.3, not sure what to download on computer now to be able to use and edit Helix floor unit.

Hi Kody, I just posted a question about this, so can u give me a step by step on what I need to do to get my new computer to work with my Helix floor unit that already had version 2.5 on it? My old ones screen busted so I'm am trying to get a backup laptop going. Thanks
