I don’t know whether this is the cause of your problem. However, connection drops are often triggered by enabled power‑saving features. This applies to built‑in Wi‑Fi adapters, USB Wi‑Fi sticks, and many LAN adapters. On Windows 10 and Windows 11, you can find the relevant settings in the Device Manager. Select your network adapters, open the Properties dialog, and review the power‑related options. Some adapters provide a dedicated “Power Management” tab, while others list the setting under “Details.” If you are unsure which parameter is responsible, the trusted AI of your choice can help you locate the correct option. Similar issues can also occur with USB connections when Windows temporarily disables them to save energy.

Hi everyone, I’m looking for good edge‑of‑breakup presets, and I don’t mind which amp model they’re based on. Since CustomTone currently doesn’t provide any Stadium presets, I’m trying to find alternative ways to exchange presets — forum uploads, external preset libraries, user repositories, or anything the community is using right now. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

I would like to suggest that the Helix Stadium Floor provide visual feedback immediately after pressing the power switch – for example, by having the LED rings around the footswitches light up right away. Why this feature would be useful: After pressing the power switch, I usually start working on other preparations without waiting for the first visual confirmation on the display, which appears only after about ten seconds. It has already happened several times that I “turned on” the Helix, but the main power switch (e.g., on the power strip or in the rack) was still off. When I was ready to start playing, the screen was dark, and I first had to figure out what went wrong. In live situations, this becomes even more important: On stage, you often power up your gear while handling other tasks — tuning, pedalboard setup, cable routing, in‑ear adjustments, or coordinating with the band. Immediate visual feedback would make it instantly clear that the Helix is actually booting, without having to walk back to the unit or wait for the display to activate.

Which Helix Native Version did you install? Does it work with older versions? You can create a Support Ticket in your line6 account.

Hi, I have a similar problem. Occurs with version 1.92 only. Reproducible with "Reaper" and "Cakewalk". If I uninstall version 1.92 and then install version 1.91, everything works fine. Does other version work for you? I reported the problem to support on May 24th, 2020, unfortunately no solution yet.
