Good day to all, Recently i bought a new POD HD500x. I downloaded it edit and downloaded some custom tones from the official website.When i tried to add some of these tones into my pod using HD500x Edit suddenly it showed "This preset contains models that aren't available until a device with authorized model pack is connected via usb. Continue with substitute models?". Why cant i access the real tone ????? Please Help me

Thank you very much. Actually my looper was in post position already but when i changed it to pre it worked :D

I recently bought a line 6 pod hd 500x .when i tried looper i was able to record a pattern and when i tried to change the tone to play some lead the tone of the recorded portion changes. please help me
