  1. I realize it would be far simpler with other cable setups, and thank you for responding. I was thinking it would be nice if I could record live so I can switch patches without every patch needing a looper or an additional block. Recording the whole signal chain, in that case would be fine, if not preferred. If I understand correct, I have a 4CM setup Guitar => HX FX Input HX FX Output => Amp FX Loop => HX FX Loop 1 => Amp Input
  2. I had a standalone looper pedal gifted to me, and I'm not entirely sure how I can use it with the HX Effects with 4CM. Does anyone have a setup for something like this? I'd like to avoid having to use an FX Loop block if possible.
  3. New to HX Effects, but I had a Spider V for a bit. When using the looper in the Spider, I was able to record a clean loop, and then add some distortion or some other effect (within the same patch) and play over it. I'd like to be able to do the same with the HX Effects, but unsure how to do it or where in the signal chain to place it so it does this (if at all possible.) Any help is appreciated.
  4. I know there's this big warning, but has anyone just tried it to see if it works? I'm afraid to upgrade and am just curious if anyone was able to find a workaround or if it wasn't quite as bad as it seemed.
  5. Personally, I wouldn’t bother with anything less than the 60. It has everything you could ever need in a practice amp and more. Wireless ready, footswitchable, metronome, looper. I’m sure the 20 is right for someone though.
  6. There are a few a few things things that makes the Spider stand out over the Spark. But if I had to pick just one, it is that, if at some point in the future, both Line 6 and Positive Grid discontinue their apps, and those versions no longer run on what will then be the latest phones, you’ll still be able to use the Spider to its fullest whereas the Spark has a heavy reliance on the app.

    G10T - ?

I’ve had mine for almost two years. What I noticed after the fire update is that battery indicator is drastically off. I still have about the same longevity as before if I just ignore what is being displayed. I put in a ticket for it, and unfortunately, that was the suggestion — ignore it. I just so happen to have two. So for me, it’s not that big of a deal to swap in the case that the it does go out.
  8. Hi. I know there's the sticky about Line 6 software not being compatible, but could we get a bit more comprehensive list of which software works verses which ones don't? As the devs start rolling out their updates, could that sticky get updated with that information as well?
