Same problem with me (and lots of other people), it's driving me crazy, since (anong other things) you can't name patches anymore. Did you ever find a solution?

This is happening to me now as well. No special characters, - password and email used to work fine but now I always get "internet connection error" . So I can't name patches which is incredibly confusing and really not practical. Did you ever find a solution or get any support ticket response?

Which Firehawk parameters are you able to control via midi control change messages? Do you assign CC numbers to parameters somehow (as with "proper" midi equipment) or do Firehawk functions have a predefined connection to various given CC numbers and if so how can one find out what they are? The so called midi implementation chart in the manual doesn't really say much and actually looks like there's not much midi implementation going on.. Thanks.

Just bought a Firehawk 1500 and am totally horrified to find I can't run an editor on my Macbook pro Laptop. - Surely this can't be right? Not all of us have (or want) so called "smart" phones or the other consumer gimmick devices. I always thought Macbook laptops were the more serious option. - Surely there must be a way?
