Interesting. I have a Mission Line 6 pedal (no toes witch) connected to my controller & have never had that issue. And I've never disconnected it either - it's always left plugged into the controller

OK I'll look at that. I thought I'd updated it as well as the rack

So I bought a Matrix GT1000, and decided to copy some presets but turn off the IRs (going out through a Marshall 2x12). Anyway, I had a patch based on the Archetype Lead. On the Matrix rack, everything's there. But on the Helix editor - no amp. Furthermore, the Archetype amp isn't listed! Same for the Line 6 litigator. It used to be there - I'm wondering if it went walkies when I upgraded to V.2.21? So, do I load my last saved Bundle? Is there any way to copy from the factory preset to an unused User slot on the Rack? (Not using the software). I don't think you can download the factory presets, can you?

I must admit - when I updated & reloaded my user presets in, I thought they sounded different. Specifically the modded 2204 based ones sounded more fizzy & had more gain than before. Most of the others seem fine. And I don't have any IRs loaded in - everything is based on Line 6's presets. Fortunately since I'm not gigging at the moment it's not a big deal. I've started by dialling down the gain on the amp & the 808 - but I think a bit of re-eq-ing will be needed

Hmmm, I run Windoze 10 & I never had any issues. Apart from getting the update installed - but that was a me issue :lol:

Thanks, I'll look at all of those. The channel volume is on 10 from memory, which is how it came preset.

Apologies if this has already been asked, but I couldn't find an answer. I'd like to use the Roland amp as the basis for clean sounds (as some factory presets already do). But the output level is really low even though the channel volume is on 10. It sounds really quiet compared to almost all the other presets. Is there a way to boost it? Or do you have to put the master output up to a reasonable level & then dial back the other amp models to suit? I'm not gigging with the Helix yet but I'll need to sort this before I do. I'm using the Helix rack, latest firmware. Mostly I'm outputting to a FocusRite Scarlett & listening to that with headphones, but I also tried it through my Roadster (used as a power amp) and through my Logitech amp & speakers

I've only just got my expression pedal but... can you not just turn off (bypass) the delay & save that snapshot? Or do you want delay & wah? Or have you set it globally so that the delay is always controlled by the pedal?

I've just acquired a used G90 & TBP12. I've only had a quick play in the house (used to use a G30 live). It all works, but... 1) Both units only show 12 channels 2) When I switch on the TBP 12 I don't see any RF values 3) When I press Select & then Value I get the channel number. And that's it! If I let go of Select it carries on displaying the channel selected & nothing else. I can happily select any of the 12 channels available Since it all works I'm not overly worried, but I'm a nosey bugger & don't like not knowing everything that's going on & not being able to select it all - even if I don't want to use it. If I switch it on & hold down the select button it displays V1.02 Any ideas?
