  1. Only caveat is to make sure you get the ones that work on metal surfaces.
  2. Awesome, thanks! And to your point about a hard copy. I put a small NFC sticker on my Helix Floor. I coded it to link to a Google Drive folder where I keep all my relevant Helix docs. So I just tap my phone on the sticker, and I can pull the manual, your PDF, pictures of cable routing, etc. etc., whatever is in the folder. I suppose you could do the same and just have it open this doc on your phone.
  3. I had the same issue... Completely uninstall the old version first (after you backup your patches, setlists, IRs, etc) - I found a Helix Native Uninstaller program on my PC, here: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Line6\Helix Native\Helix Native Uninstaller.exe" - use that if it's there Check where Reaper is looking for plugins Options > Preferences > Plugins > VST > Edit Path List... Remove any instances of Helix Native that might be in those folders Install 3.5 The new version installs in the folder: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Line 6\" Make sure that path is being included in Reaper: Options > Preferences > Plugins > VST > Edit Path List... Add the path above if necessary Re-scan the plugin path(s) in Reaper or just restart Reaper
  4. And I can't see where to PM you...LOL. CustomTone is pretty easy to upload to, though: https://line6.com/customtone/upload/
  5. Sounds fun! Mind tossing these up on CustomTone? I'd like to mess around with them.
  6. Something similar happened to me after an upgrade once. Check: Global Settings > USB 1/2 Destination It was set to XLR after the upgrade. Changing it to multi fixed me.
  7. You might want to double check with Line6 support, or ask in the Variax forum. But I would think, if it's just a dirty pot, DeoxIT would be fine.
  8. Tested with a JTV-59 and HX Floor with FW 3.15, VDI Cable, on a couple of different presets. And I couldn't reproduce the bug. It goes all the way down to 0.0
  9. Ahh, ok thanks. I was looking for the main program.
  10. Seems to me that thread really should be pinned
  11. Playing it a little fast and loose with the word "one" there.
  12. +1 to throwing away your WD40. I recently did this. It's easy:
  13. In HX Edit, just right click on the parameter (in your case, the level parameter of the delay and reverb) then choose "Snapshots" from the dropdown list. You will notice a camera icon show up next to the paramter and the actual value will be in white brackets [ ]. Set the values wherever you want/need them in each of your snapshots.
  14. I suppose you could do this in "pedal edit mode." Holding down footswitch 6 will put you in edit mode. Pick the poly capo, and use the value + or value - footswitches or the expression pedal to increment/decrement.
  15. This is an old thread, I know, but maybe this will help someone. The issue described here happened to me after updating to 2.30. I had been setup as stated above for a while (Helix as the output / sound card for a Windows laptop) and working fine. The only variation in my case, is that the Helix is attached to a JamHub headphone monitor system, via the 1/4" outputs. So I'm not listening via the headphone jack on the Helix. Regardless, the problem was similar. I could hear myself playing, I just couldn't hear any sound from the laptop coming thorugh the Helix. Everything looked good in Windows, to me, I could even see the level indicator bouncing up and down when playing a Youtube video, but had no sound in my headphones. In Windows, I switched the default output to the internal speakers on my laptop, and I could hear everything fine. The output block in every patch I tried was set to Multi. The fix: Hamburger menu > Global Settings > USB 1/2 Destination For whatever reason, this was set to XLR after the upgrade. I changed it to Multi. I've got sound again.
