Both of my straps on my Helix backpack have broken at the bottom of the bag. The only things I am carrying in the backpack is the floorboard, the power cable, and 2 instrument cables! Has anyone else had this problem? I would like to think it could hold the weight of the product it was designed for. Please let me know. I took it to a couple local seamsters, but they said they couldn't fix it. Thanks!

Hi, I have gotten the Helix floor unit and love it. It has replaced a lot of analog and heavy gear. I got the official backpack and it is great quality. My problem is that it is a bit heavy and gives me back pain. I want to find a luggage/baggage with wheels so I can roll it around. Not looking for a hard case with wheels, but like a bag you take when going on vacation in a plane. Not sure if I got the name of it right. Something like this type: Has anyone found one that would fit the Helix unit? I was looking online and there is no easy way to find one that has the right measures. Was also considering if it should be slightly larger inside than the helix, so I could add some padding. I am thinking something lightweight with wheels that is slightly larger than the helix where I can add some padding. Anyone tried something like this?

Hi all, Any good suggestion of backpack beside Line 6's one (good protection and able to handle this heavy stuff)? I believe it would be better to carry this on my back rather with my hands......it's too heavy...^^" According to my experience, it's too difficult for me to carry this with my hands. I tried for 6 months already. Thanks~

I recently bought the Helix and the backpack. I used the Helix in church this morning for the first time. Overall it was AWESOME. However, I noticed some material sticking out of the backpack when I put my cases away before the service. Afterward I looked closer. There are zippers that run around the INSIDE of the bag covering the foam. WHY? The loose material was from the zipper coming loose at the top. When I tried to unzip it to correct where it had split apart, one side came out of the zipper. Now I can't get it back in. Not only that, but the zippers are installed with the tabs INSIDE the zipper. Again, WHY? That makes the zipper essentially unusable, which wouldn't matter had the zipper not malfunctioned. Now I'm struggling to get the zipper back into place. If I could get the zipper to the START, it would be doable. It won't go down far enough, and with the tab on the inside, it's even harder to work. Any suggestions?

I'm just wondering whats going on with the next run of Helix backpacks. I pre ordered one and I was told by my sweet water rep when I ordered it that it should be coming any day? But I've seen on other websites that they expecting them in june!!!
