  1. Hi, I'm enjoying the LT very much. Thought I would share my MIDI control mapping for the Helix LT now that version 3.15 includes control of the encoders. Hope it's helpful! Nick Helix LT CC Mapping (For version 3.15).pdf
  2. Hey There! Love love love my Helix. However, I noticed a feature that I REALLY need regarding the Midi CC Command for footswitches. There is no Dim Value for these which is problematic. I'm trying to control my Boss RC-505 looper through Midi and it works great EXCEPT it will only fire the the first time. Any subsequent commands are permenentaly stuck at whatever MIDI value I sent it rather than going back to zero so it can reset for the next command firing. If I can get a DIM value, like on the Midi Toggle but for the Momentary MIDI CC command that would really make my rig a dream come true. I figure that'd be an easy thing to add in a future update but I could be wrong. What are the chances of that happening?
  3. Hi, I just installed new firmware 2.50 for my Helix LT and it looks as though the midi messages sent from the Helix when changing preset are now wrong... When I switch preset, a midi message is sent out but Cubase recognises it a aftertouch? When I playback the midi track Helix won't aknoledge the incoming message (since it doesn't respond to aftertouch) and it won't change preset. Also, If I copy/paste the recorded messages from aftertouch to program change on my midi track in Cubase, the preset changes on Helix happen exactly as they should (which is how I patch the problem so far). Is there something wrong with Helix sending the wrong midi messages since I updated the firmware? Should I try a factory reset? I did try reinstalling cubase (didn't fix it) but I noticed the midi messages being sent from Helix are the same with another midi monitor software... Thank you!
  4. Hi guys, So, I'm using my 500X as an "amp" with multi effects stored in presets. I'm controlling everything with my TC Electronic G-System where I also have distortion pedals in my loops. Sounds real sweet and I'm super happy with the setup! Presets works fine 90% of the time, but sometimes I want to throw in a stompbox on the 500X when I've used up all the effects on the G-system, which also can work as a MIDI controller to the POD. For example, I send MIDI CC #055, which corresponds to POD FS5. Problem is, that the POD has reversed CC commands, in comparison to probably ALL THE WORLDS other MIDI capable units out there?! The POD listens to 0-63=on and 64-127=off. So every time I change a patch on the G-system, the pedals on the POD turns on. NOT what I want to do... Anyone knows why it is like this? Really strange MIDI behaviour in my opinion, as the majority of MIDI controllers is the other way around... Hope that Line6 can implement this in a firmware update, to be able to "reverse" MIDI Controller Change messages!
