Hey guys, so I just recently started a band and we're kinda going into the direction of Midwest Emo with Pop Punk influences... I haven't been playing for long and I'm super inexperienced with tone, pedals, amps etc. so I'm just asking for some pointers, maybe someone knows some great already existing presets for the pod go? I'm also open to pay for presets if they're really good. I really wanna get a guitar tone that goes into the direction of bands like Modern Baseball, Mom Jeans, Tiny Moving Parts etc. I know these bands have kinda different guitar tones at times, but if you know the genre you'll get what I mean. I don't know if it helps but I have a Squier Telecaster with two wide range pickups and I usually lean more towards playing rhythm guitar, because I also sing (and I'm not f*ing Dylan Mattheisen ^^) Already saying thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to help me out here! :)

Good Afternoon, I have acquired a POD HD500 from a friend and love interfacing it with my computer and dialing in the sounds. My only amp is a Spider IV 75w and I have to run it in test mode as there is no FX Loop on it. I play my American Telecaster and Epiphone Les Paul Standard through this amp. I recently purchased a Taylor 214CE and was looking at the Marshall AS50D as a amp for it. My question is: Could I use the HD500 with the AS50D, playing my two electric guitars through it and get the same tones I get with my Spider IV. My venue is a medium sized church and my sounds range from clean to distortion, always rhythm, never lead.

I have a solid-body Nashville Deluxe Power Telecaster with a fishman piezo under the bridge, so it has the attack regularly associated with an acoustic guitar, but because of the light strings and solid body, it doesn't sound much like a true acoustic. I have played around with effects and downloaded patches, but have not been able to find a satisfactory setting. What are the keys to making an electric guitar with a piezo sound like an acoustic? I've added reverb, but I don't have the foggiest clue how to dial in EQs.
