billlorentzen
I know I can back everything up, but I'd like to get the new patches and still keep my own in the user setlists.
cruisinon2
Me too...I'd also like to date a Victoria's Secret model. Unfortunately, neither one will be happening anytime soon...
phil_m
You can save your setlists separately in Edit and then load them back to the User Setlist slots after doing the update. There's really no way of getting around it if you want to load the new setlist with the firmware update. EDIT: I shouldn't say it's the only way, really. If someone wanted to, they could save the Variax Setlist and post it up here for people.
TheRealZap
no keeping your tones will not overwrite anything or add anything.

billlorentzen
Well, I've dated a Victoria's Secret model and frankly, those wings ruin everything. Thanks for the data.

brue58ski
I don't believe the setlists are changed when you load the new firmware (they didn't for me). Ya get all the patches but the setlists are whatever you had before the firmware upgrade. You have to do a factory reset after you load the new firmware to get the new Line 6 setlist names. So you should be good to go.

If you do the global settings reset after you do the update (which you should do), it won't erase your existing presets if you chose to leave them during the update. It will rename your setlists, though.
