pianoguyy
first, you need to determine if it is the pedal or the patches --- or something else, like input assignment. try to invent a patch where the only thing you are using is a wah, and another with only volume
ppiluk
I would suggest reflashing the firmware of the device. That can be done from Monkey.

That can be done from Monkey. but doing a reflash isn't going to help if it is something like input assignment, because those same settings will still be there. Not necessarily, if the software on the POD is corrupted strange things happen. Line 6 is going to suggest this for that reason. This way the OP will have a jump start on the support. spaceatl
300 is not like a 500 at all....Volume Pedal is fixed like an old XTL....You can disable it in the setup menu by setting the min and max to 100% I would suggest that you back up your patches and do a factory reset (power up holding down A)....You can also repeat the calibration....As I recall, that is power up holding the D button....If you miss a step in the procedure you can be without volume in your 300/400....One other thing that can kill volume in a 300/400 is powering the unit down with USB connected...USB will actually partially detect in these units with no power....Anyway, connect and disconnect USB with the 300/400 powered up... Here an old vid that might help... http://line6.com/support/page/kb/_/pod/pod-hd300400/video-tutorial-pod-hd300-400-factory-reset-r214
