HD Fully Loaded Bundle Sale Question

I bought the Fully loaded pacakage it when it was available for the X series (I don't have it, have the HD PRO) so if I had waited just until it was available for me I could have done the same. 

 

Usually, preorder (with payment) before something is released is rewarded with a discount  :P

I don't see why it wouldn't.... as long as it's deauthorized already they should be able to refund you.

 

I'm leaving for vacation in an hour and won't have access to my POD to deauthorize. I'm deauthorizing now and I can purchase the discounted pack this weekend and install it when I get back. Do you think that will work?

One hiccup. I used to own a X3Live which I used as a trade in for my 500X. I did not know I had to deauthorize it so it is sitting with a status of pending and I am getting an error: 8211. It does not offer an "x" to deauthorized though. All my other listed products are deauthorized. I have 3 Dt amps that are not listed. Do I have to MIDI them up too?

 

I have opened a support ticket and will call when the Cali office opens today.

I have a problem when I bought my  my Podhd500x I had the offer of HD Fully loaded bundle for free, when I registered the product I got to my email the steps to follow for my HD Fully loaded bundle for free but I could not install it in my Pod I have carried out all the processes and this does not work, according to my account in Line6 I see
order actions HD Fully loaded bundle action is complete, but in my POD it does not load when I check page 12 in my pod it is standard model set , I authorize my computer and my Pod many times  License Manager and nothing I need some help

By using the Monkey app make sure that your POD HD500X has the latest firmware 2.62.00 installed otherwise it is impossible to see and use the model packs.

Do you have the latest version of the app?

 

in my case,

with different versions availabe on the website, I mistakenly installed an old version instead of the latest, so monkey asked me to update it. But it couldn't finish it....

so I had to download and install it manually (outside monkey). Everything was fine, otherwise I would contact line6 for support.
