fflbrgst
Are you using hte Line 6 EXP expression pedal? If so, yes. I have heard that other mfr expression pedals don't play well with the FBV.

phil_m
There is no calibration process for external pedals. The external pedal jack is simply looking at the resistance from the potentiometer in the pedal. The EX1 uses a 10kOhm linear pot (well actually it uses two 20kOhm pots wired in parallel, but the overall resistance is still 10kOhm). phil_m
The only pedals that are officially supported are the EX1 and the Mission Engineering EP1-L6. There are other pedals that will work - you just have make sure they have the correct pot inside. There's a partial list of compatible pedals in this old thread: https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=mission+engineering+ep1-l6 Another one that's not on that list that should work well is the Dunlop DVP3. The nice thing about that one is that it can be used as a volume pedal, and it has internal controls that allow to reverse the heel/toe positions and adjust the min and max values. http://www.jimdunlop.com/product/dvp3-volume-x
