Line 6 responded quite fast and was working on a return/exchange. ImletbSwetwaternknowmthensame day and they said ship it right out to them. I did since they are close and I was only without the Helix over the weekend. Great service. Sweetwater even checked out the replacement unit to make sure the mic input was fine.
