Free Marshall SM57 IR

Since I am on a *.wav of inspiration (pun intended), here is another free IR.  This time a Marshall cab with Seventy 80's.

I think this is a good contrast to the Mesa Recto IR I made yesterday.  It has more mid and bite. This is raw with no post process tweaking, tested only through headphones with only a Helix amp block and an IR block.

Again, like-hate-feedback is appreciated.  Don't worry about my feelings since I am new to this ;)

Update 3/31/2016

I have attached my Helix IR test presets (1024 & 2048 samples) with my goal Amp and IR sound.

You will need to change the exported preset  "Brit 2204 IR####.txt "  back to "Brit 2204 IR####.hlx" before importing to the Helix app.

The presets have this impulse in slot #2

Made a Dropbox account and posted and shared the 3 IR's and corresponding Helix test presets.

Will start posting to the Line 6 IR Forum

This is probably my favorite of the 3. It will take a little time to see how i REALLY feel. You know, that song you listen to 5 months or a year down the road and think dayyyyuum!!!.....or boy that didnt work :)

Its a very balanced capture and would work in a mix without a lot of eq.

Thanks man.

FYI,

I have attached my Helix IR test preset with my goal Amp and IR sound to the top post in this thread.

You will need to change the exported preset  "Brit 2204 S80 IR.txt "  back to "Brit 2204 S80 IR.hlx" before importing to the Helix app.
