miguelbacelar123
I bought a Glenn De Laune patch and when i loaded it up to my helix, i went to try it out and when i plugged everything in, it was producing no sound at all and both my amp and my guitar are working fine. Now, not even the factory patches work. PLEASE HELP

shawncooke1
Ive had this happen with a couple patches, and for me, changing the outs to the proper setting fixed it. Say I was using headphones and the out was set to usb or some single out like so, I changed the out to all or specific to my needs at the time. zooey
Glenn's a totally standup guy, and also knows what he's doing w Helix. I'm sure it's something simple, and I'm also sure he'll help you out if you email him.
