silverhead
Firehawk is not able to pitch shift individual strings. You could use a pitch-shift FX to tune your whole guitar down a full step, but not just the 6th string.
JamieCrain
The effect you need is called Bender, but as silverhead says, it affects all strings. It's also not that great, the sound "warbles" a lot, especially as you increase the shift. I use a EHX Pitch Fork and it's ok. A bit of latency, but almost no warbling. ric1966
Why not just tune your sixth string down the traditional way? I play almost exclusively in drop D since first trying it eight years ago. Now I go out of my way to rephrase chords and scales so I don't have to play in standard. Not many songs are harder to play, most are easier... loutowart
If you have a Variax with a VDI cable, you can save tunings within your Firehawk presets. Open the editor in the Firehawk app, and with your Variax connected, tap the Variax block, scroll down to tuning, adjust whatever strings you like and save.
