I never had an issue with the app not finding community tones, but I have had issues several times with m,y own tones not loading (either nothing will load or new tones would not be visible).I usually fix this bny logging out and relogging in. SeaRefractor Posted December 20, 2018 Share Posted December 20, 2018 Even Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS and other cloud providers have experienced disruptions. I receive an error message on search, so I'm sure that it'll be resolved soon. All the prior presets I'd saved locally are available. When you have access again, if there are some critical ones I recommend you save locally. Never know if you have connectivity during a gig. Skycycle03 Posted December 20, 2018 Share Posted December 20, 2018 Same here. Just got the Amplifi 150. Went through all the updates and factory resets. Logged out and back in.....nothing worked.
