silverhead
Go to the Systems settings page(s). The firmware version should be displayed there.
SafetySam
Just received my new Helix (floorboard) today and successfully updated the firmware to version 2.11 (the page with the giant red letters). Helix came with an earlier version loaded. I would like to use the editor software on my Mac computer but cannot find the Helix Editor software nor instructions on how I download it. I have look on the Line 6 forum, FAQs, and looked on Youtube to get assistance but have drawn a blank. Can anyone offer any advice. Sorry if I have overlooked the solution in forums. Thanks! Hi SafetySam, if you were able to update to 2.11 successfully then you should have the Helix editor on your computer. The Helix Editor and Line 6 Updater get downloaded at the same time. Trying searching Helix in spotlight on you Mac, you should be able to find the editor, simply titled "Helix". If it simply isn't there you can download it on the page I have provided a link for by searching for Helix with your OS. Once you get to the software page you need, the "Get Download" button is in the bottom right corner of the most recent post. Hope this helps. http://line6.com/software/index.html

So you should already have the Helix editor/program. If you don't already have it you should start from the beginning again and reinstall the firmware update (following the giant red letters this time).
